 Bear Grass Charter School is seeking a dependable and student-focused ISS/Teacher Assistant to support students and staff throughout the school day. Responsibilities include supervising students assigned to In-School Suspension, maintaining a safe and structured environment, assisting teachers with classroom and instructional needs, monitoring student behavior and work completion, and providing support with other school duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good judgment, patience and the ability to work effectively with students across grades 5–12.
