Good evening, please listen to this important message from BGCS: Parents, this call is to inform you that students at BGCS participated in a statewide mandatory assembly today as part of the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System launching statewide. The Say Something program, including an anonymous mobile tip app, is a school safety program designed to change and save lives by teaching students, educators, and administrators how to recognize the signs and signals of those who may be at risk of hurting themselves or others and to anonymous report this information through the mobile tip app, the website or the telephone crisis hotline. More information will be shared with students and parents in the near future as well as a link on our website and a presentation at the next PTSA. Thanks and have a great evening!
Good evening, Please listen to this important calendar change. The BGCS Board voted on Tuesday night to set Friday, Feb. 14th as a Schoology Day. Students and Staff will not be at school that day. Assignments will be posted for students to complete while we are out for that day. Thanks and have a great day!

We would like to thank AGCarolina Farm Credit for their donation of 8 22 inch monitors to Bear Grass Charter School.
Attention to parents/students from Ms. Moore: Bear Grass Charter School was made aware on Sept.12th, 2019 that Rodgers Elementary will no longer serve as a pick-up and drop off point for students who do not have a parent working at Rodgers Elementary School. Beginning on Monday, Sept. 16th all students who are not children of RES employees will no longer be allowed to utilize that location as a stop. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you understand that this decision was made by Martin Co Schools in effort to ensure that all students are safe and adequately supervised.
We want to congratulate the Varsity Cheer Leaders on winning the Atlantic 5 Conference Championship on Saturday, Feb. 23rd! Ms. Long and Ms. Madeline White were also voted as Coaches of the Year! Congratulations to these ladies!!
